It is possible to register and pay at the door, but hopefully everyone registers in advance. IF you are unsure about participation and want to register at the door, download a registration form and take it with you to speed up check-in. The lunch and other activities must be registered and paid for in advance.

Payment

Payment for entry, food and event must be made no later than 14th of May 2025. Please note that the entry fee will be increased if paid after 31st of March 2025.Once you have registered, you will receive a booking number. After you have received the booking number, you can pay the fee by making a payment to Alandia Square Dancer's rf account in

At Convention, you can only pay with euros.It is fine to pay by card.

Refund

In case of written cancellation (e-mail) before 24th of May 2025, 80% of the fee for food is refunded.
In case of written cancellation (e-mail) before 2nd of June 2025, 80% of the admission is refunded.
