SAASDC's 43rd Convention is held in Mariehamn June 7th-9th 2025. The Convention area is situated one kilometre south of the centre of Mariehamn. Physically the Convention is held within two buildings; the Baltichallen Arena and the Ytternäs School. The distance between the buildings is a mere 150 m. There are some 400 parking lots in close proximity to both buildings.

Baltichallen has two dance halls, Hall A and Hall B. Hall A can accommodate about 400 dancers, while Hall B can accommodate about 200. The floor in the arena is Tarkett Sports Elite. The hall has a telescopic stand for 444 people. Changing rooms with showers are available, as well as a café and sales stand.

The Ytternäs School's gymnasium, Hall C, can accommodate almost 200 dancers. The floor in the hall is a newly renovated wooden floor. The Ytternäs School's music hall, Hall D, can accommodate up to 50 dancers. The floor has plastic tiling. The Ytternäs School also has changing rooms with showers. The lunchroom, which can accommodate about 150 people, is located close to Hall C. The Ytternäs School also has a café, office and information.
