SAASDC's 43rd Convention is held in Mariehamn June 7th-9th 2025. The Convention area is situated one kilometre south of the centre of Mariehamn. Physically the Convention is held within two buildings; the Baltichallen Arena and the Ytternäs School. The distance between the buildings is a mere 150 m. There are some 400 parking lots in close proximity to both buildings.

Baltichallen, Hall A and Hall B
Within Baltichallen there are two identical dance halls, Hall A and Hall B, both with ample space for over 400 dancers. The separating walls in the middle of the hall can be raised, allowing the complete hall to be used when everybody is dancing together. The floor in the arena is Tarkett Sports Elite. The hall is equipped with retractable seating for 444 people. Changing rooms with showers are available, as well as a cafe.

The Ytternäs School, Hall C and Hall D
The Ytternäs School's gymnasium, Hall C, is big enough for almost 200 dancers. The floor in the hall is a newly renovated wooden floor. The Ytternäs School's music room, Hall D, can fit up to 50 dancers. The floor is covered with plastic tiling. Changing rooms with showers can also be found in the school. The lunch canteen, which seats up to 150 people, is located close to Hall C. The Ytternäs School also hosts the reception, information, sale stands and the First Aid room.
