- be abble to dispose of our dance rooms and prepare lunch and other food options
- compile aggregate statistics that are included in the report on Convention 2025 which will be sent to SAASDC

When you register for Convention 2025, you agree that we process your personal data according to the above-mentioned description. We save your data for one and a half years after Convention 2025.

You have the right to receive information about which personal data about you we use and what we do with it if you request it in writing. You can also correct the data we have and also withdraw your consent and demand that your data be deleted.
